      This company is entirely dishonest. After only three days of working here, I knew something wasn't right. The 'CEO and Founder' of this company happens to also be the 'HR Director,' and the amount of misleading information they give must be illegal. In my first (of three) interviews, I was told I would be making $18-25 an hour based on commission in a fashion marketing position. It wasn't until my third day working here that I was informed I would, in fact, be paid $8 an hour plus commission after an undefined sales goal was met. In addition to a misleading job title and compensation, the description of the job was falsified completely and 100% off base from what the position actually entails, which is selling random products which change every twelve days in Sam's Club, HEB, Walmart, etc. By my third day, not only was I unaware of what I'd actually be paid, I was still entirely unaware of what my week's schedule would be! I was told that for my next twelve days of work, I'd be expected to drive to San Marcos (as an employee hired in San Antonio) and work practically impossible hours to sell a product I had never heard of. Not only would I be paid $8/hr for this work, but only a $6 daily allowance is provided for gas, and you are expected to work seven days a week. This fraud of a 'company' is exploiting hiring practices and taking advantage of people who are looking for a real job.

We are not a scam and we're very sorry if you ever felt at any time that we operated that way. We believe on fully training and hang on practise of our business for management team. Our pay structure are base on each position offer and what experiences of invididuals bring on the table. We pride ourselves on providing the best options to all who join our team. We are seriously on our recruiting, going through 3 different process to make sure giving applicants ideal of our business model and what we are looking for before we offer the position for anyone. Not everyone can do what we do and we are appreciated a lot for your opinion. Because you had only been few hours (1-2 hours each day and only in 3 days office training), we probably were not able to have fully enough time showing the full expectations of training programs so we understand why the miscommnucation would be. we would take your feedback and get better in future. Thank you!

      caution- pyramid scheme

      Pros

      shows you elementary basics to business. if you can create good personal relationships you can have success. you must convince people to stay with the company with minimal salary and no benefits as well as no family life.

      Cons

      meetings EVERY morning from 8:30-10 with no chairs and a lot of childish shouting(these arent product briefing meetings, its a way to get you to buy into their pyramid scheme by teaching you their methods . they will tell you its not commission and there are bonus incentives. not true, 100% based off of commission but there is a salary of $7.25 an hour if you don't make any sales. on your days off youre still expected to show up to meetings. they wont give you a solid schedule and you will find out the week of what hours youre working. ONE OF OUR MEETINGS THEY ACTUALLY TOLD US TO GO GLASSDOOR AND GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW (pyramid scheme) SO THEY COULD BRING THEIR RATING UP. i see a lot of the employees have already made their review. like i said they want as many people to join company as possible. 20-30 interviews a day. so it looks good to have a good review on here. they have been denied by countless staffing companies as well.

      Very Little Truth - Don't work here!

      This position will force you to step up your game, in regards to dressing professionally, I suppose.

      Cons

      I went into this company thinking that I had stumbled across a great opportunity to be VERY quickly disappointed. The whole concept that this company runs on is flat out bull. They say that they're a marketing company and "guarantee" that you can make $800 a week and move up quickly, but in reality, it's actually just a sales job where if you don't sell a minimum amount, then you don't get paid. It will require you to work long/late hours, sometimes to midnight moving and setting up equipment. They say that you will be able to gain skills in the marketing business and work up to owning your own company, when in reality, you will be selling some kind of product in a Sam's club and be taught a pitch, not marketing skills. If you talk to someone and they don't buy anything, then they'll tell you something is wrong with your pitch. There isn't a solid break, instead you're forced to take 5 minute breaks throughout your shift. Even on your days off, there are mandatory meetings and the PERSONAL check you get from the owner, will be less than what you're expecting and will also not specify what you're getting paid for.
