Pros

People really seem to enjoy coming to work and there is a feeling of everyone really trying to achieve success together. Clearly there are areas we could approve on but it feels like there is the right team in place now and the support to deliver against it.

Cons

Targets keep growing! Whilst its good to have a stretch, it can be challenging to achieve!

Unorganised in every possible way imaginable, Poor management, No structure in place, Poor record keeping. Poor salaries. They have no idea what is going on.

It can sometimes be difficult to feel involved with a team when working on a freelance basis, however the team at Freshwave have always made me feel like an integral part of their system and are open to ideas and suggestions I bring to the table.
