The pay is better than most
Cons
They do not care about the communities they manage. Even after residents families and employees told them what a bad new Administrator they have at Laurel Glen at Stephenville, they will not listen or consider anything they are told not do they care. The administrator lies constantly and they blindly go with whatever she tells them.
