Cons
The Executive Director had poor performance, The Nurse broke regulations on numerous occasions. Pay for entry-level staff was less than competitive, resulting in poor performance for the branch, (i.e., failed inspections internal and external audits.) There is more stress than what the job is worth. The corporate level employees do not do much to get involved or mitigate risks to residents of the community until something bad has happened.
