      Frontier's only goal is to squeeze as much money out of the communities they manage. Everything else will suffer.

      Cons

      Mass layoff and closure of an entire office with laughable severance offers for long tenured employees. Ridiculous point-based attendance policies for corporate employees where you weren't allowed to be 1 minute late without getting a point against you. Good luck in traffic! Also fairly homophobic and racist upper management.
