      Good pay scale. Start at $14.50 with scheduled raises at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Pay is $17.50 at one year

      Pros

      It was a tight knit community and the care staff knew each resident. Therefor they knew how to care for each resident.

      Cons

      People were confused as to why they were there, because they have memory problems, so I felt they didn’t bridge the gap between being at home, to being stuck in a facility looking for their family.
