- Leadership based on a divide and conquer - mentality, gossiping and talking behind peoples back. - Revolving door - hirings: People being hired and fired left and right, which creates a lack of stability. - Lack of HR-department: For quite a long time, there was a lack of an HRdepartment. - Stressfull work environment: Due to poor planning and the building up of unrealistic espectations towards customers, a very stressful environment was created. - Lack of career mobility - Difference in treatment of employees

Management doesn't take responsibility, blames all issues on employees. Negative feedback given to HR is not taken seriously and is just dismissed. Bad recruits, people are hired into unsuitable positions which causes confusion and lack of trust. Stupid rules about remote work which only apply to some, inequality!
