Was let go for not being a good fit despite not having any context from management other than people were working against me from the beginning. Sure enough, this is all I needed to know that this is the wrong place for me and any self respecting person with a shred of dignity to be working wasting their life at. It’s all about politics and agenda pushing rather than inclusivity and growth as advertised. Was also let go after bringing to management’s attention about not getting tipped out the proper amount and then had to find out the reason why I only made 35 dollars after hearing from two different managers two different stories. On a separate occasion; didn’t even get paid one night until I brought it to management’s attention. And then act like I have a problem when they can’t even do their job properly. Every frothy monkey is different but the one in Franklin is particularly disgusting with the attitudes of coworkers and management, and to the simple fact that there are roaches everywhere if you look hard enough. Again, every location is different but this one is lacking after talking to local individuals in Franklin.

The biggest downside to working at Frothy is the management or lack thereof. Clear lack of communication, rampant favoritism, fraternizing, lack of training, and unfair expectations. Very stressful if you are not a favorite, a superiority complex among higher-ups, wouldn't recommend working here if you aren't already friends with a manager or directly related to them.
