Absolutely no pros that I can think of.

Cons

- micro managed by managements - during my tenure I have seen 7-8 people being asked to leave, these are people who have been working for the past decade in the company. - no advancement, flat out rejection. Preferable to hire inexperience people from outside Organization - Leader of Organization changes direction faster than you can think - prepared to be overworked and not be compensated equally for it - mentally tiring and exhausting

Gives you chance to take up new challenges and learn new things. Management Leadership Skills are self-taught from ground.

Cons

Highly result driven with ultra-low risk appetite of top tier management, outdated market relevancy without market trending resources. Huge growth vision with myopic cost strategy.
