Pros

Employees get a few benefits, and you might learn a thing or two here, but that's where the pros end. My experience with Fueled has been pretty disappointing and frustrating. If you're looking for a job, I highly recommend applying to other companies. Trust me, you'll regret working here; I know I do.

Cons

Working here has felt incredibly chaotic and exhausting, and it's all due to the lack of structure and accountability within the company. Communication is terrible, expectations are vague, and roles aren't clearly defined, leading to a lot of confusion among employees and multiple delays. Management has no idea what they're doing, neglects to provide support to employees, and fails to properly guide them. The leadership isn't any better; they are incompetent and often make terrible decisions that are solely driven by greed. A lot of problems pop up because of their actions, and instead of taking accountability for them, they push the blame onto others and force employees to clean up their mess.

Pros

There is nothing to look forward to working for 10up. My experience working for the company has been horrible from start to finish.

Cons

Work-life balance is terrible. Employees are subjected to long hours, assigned brutal workloads, and expected to meet unreasonable demands all the time without any support. I've barely had anytime to do anything outside of work, and I've felt exhausted all the time. It's pretty difficult to stay motivated when the salary is terrible and a lot lower compared to what other companies are offering, and the lack of any benefits. Even if you consistently outperform your coworkers, you won't be rewarded for your efforts at all, unless you happen to have connections. Leadership is incredibly incompetent and has no idea what they're doing, so they compensate by micromanaging. They hover around employees at all times and tell them how to do their jobs, even if they don't know what they're talking about, instead of trusting them to get the job done. Overall, I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone; 10up is honestly one of the worst companies you could ever work for.

Pros

A few projects may look decent on a resume.

Cons

- This place operates on fear without exception - The owner demands total control, turning even normal conversations into tense moments - Disagree or think differently, and you instantly feel targeted - Long hours are assumed, and burnout is treated as your personal failure - People quit or get fired constantly, keeping everyone on edge - Diversity initiatives are meaningless, with the same people always in power
