      Good products and decent hours of work

      Cons

      HR does not care for local workers. HR is tied to finance role which is clearly a conflict of interest. Focuses more on reducing welfare than increasing welfare or motivation. Constantly low balling pay. Extremely slow to react to issues such as the recent Covid19 problem by insisting on not allowing remote work. Does not plan to help workers to skill up.
