      Cons

      There’s no hope for management. It honestly seems like they sit in their office to get a paycheck. The people are great but management ruin everything with their lack of organization, lack of advancment of the departments and just lack of motivation. Going to work everyday drains my happiness.

      Pros

      Good benefits, medical, dental, 401k plan all very generous. The people from top to bottom are all very easy going, friendly. Quiet, relaxed but professional environment. Most managers let their people do their jobs without micro-managing, which I love. Hours are pretty normal, but managers are flexible about being early or late, just as long as the job gets done. Unique company within the lighting industry.

      Cons

      It is a small company so opportunities for advancement are limited. Sales results are hit and miss. Some of the long-time employees seem stuck in their ways. The lighting industry is a tough place right now for small companies.
