      At least its not fast food!

      Cons

      Terrible company all around, no appreciation for employees. Benefits are average at best but not goreat by any means. No opportunity to earn more vacaction. 2 week max even if you've worked there many years, but theres such a high turnover who really knows!!

      Adequate benefits, relaxed policies and slightly better than industry standard pay

      Cons

      Inept hiring and firing practices. No one has relevant experience in their roles and it shows. Shady manufacturing practices in a cut throat toxic environment.

      This company started off with a great vision and a fat wallet. Unfortunately what is left is no leadership, no communication, or team vision. The goal is to make money at anyone's expense and unfortunately is no longer about helping people.
