Overcrowded, loud office. You will see sitting on the floor in the hallways in order to take phone calls or have meetings due to lack of conference rooms. Unapproachable, impersonal management team. little to no diversity. turnover

If your definition of a good culture is free food, you'll like Fundbox. Otherwise stay clear if you value a company that cares about their employees. Executive team does not seem to care for their employees and have no concern for such high employee turnover. Employees are not simply numbers but people also. Executive team has never scaled a company (with the exception of the product guy) and often times doesn't even greet or interact with colleagues. Poor communication across the organization and often pivots directions after board meetings. Very little diversity with only 3 female managers.
