Second time working for this company and not much better second time round. No support when you come across a problem and the older employees still adopt the attitude of being moody and making the atmosphere difficult to work in Also how can a funeral business not pay you for covid sickness and count it towards your sickness absence??

When I was thinking of joining Funeral Partners I read the negative reviews on Indeed, was hesitant but still accepted the job. In the long term that turned out to be the wrong choice. I ended up working with crew who were only interested in number 1. There was about 5 staff who had the right work ethic and were working and caring for their families, the remainder thought they knew everything and were allowed by the Senior Management to be manipulative.
