Worst company i work in my life

This is the worst company i work in my life! The company systems are ok. But the managements of the company are the worst. Most of them are fake in nature, they told you nice things in front of you but they always likes to gossip around, saying other staffs bad things and spreading rumours! They behave like a little kid when i was in primary school. And worst part is they do not take care their people! Treat them inhumane way. I really don’t understand how come these kind of person to be management, from the director to manager. I guess this is Fusion culture, promoting people which no substance.

-lots of politics. -always favors the high earners -always avaiable places due to the high turn over - very big on micro manage

Thanks for your review! We have endless earning potential and a phenomenal view! Unfortunately, in every office comes with political views. We actually favor hard workers if you're putting the time in. We do have people who move from our Purchasing team as this is an entry-level position. Often, help and advice are masked as micromanaging. If you're unable to fly on your own, a manager will step in and help. They will take the opportunity to teach you so you can learn the ropes! Everyone is rooting for you to succeed... because when you succeed the team does too!
