Privately owned. Grand strategy moves fast with rapid deployment of resources.

Cons

Too many rapidly promoted Vice-Presidents, but camouflaging as middle management. Whereas the actual middle management are the people who are pushing the deal forward

Future Electronics Singapore 1) The subordinate is working under a workplace bully and suffering physical and mental harm due to the superior's boycott. 2) The company neglects employee health and safety by failing to properly disinfect the workplace when someone is diagnosed with Covid-19, leading to more employees becoming infected. This occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) The company culture is overly traditional and resistant to change, resulting in outdated and slow systems.
