Prone to sudden change. As a small organization, Future Generations is sustained by donors and is not yet self-sustaining by its programs. That has meant that in times of many projects with grant money, people are hired temporarily but not permanently, and in times of little funds, budget cuts have caused long-term employees to lose their jobs with very little advance notice.
Management is not stable. The organization has gone through many changes in leadership over the course of its lifetime and is still currently in a shaky state when it comes to finding and maintaining a healthy leadership balance.
