Smart people at junior levels Passionate and dedicated not appreciated by management name looks good on CV some good clients

Cons

Asia operations are closed. Singapore office closed down. HK office downsized and then 1 month later closed. 3 people left across China most who want to leave. Don't really have a strategy and lurch from knee-jerk reaction to knee-jerk reaction with no long term vision or belief. Clients and employees deserve better.

Pros

Bright, hardworking, fun people in the creative and strategy team tackling challenging pieces of work. Interesting clients from the region. Entrepreneurial environment. Loose connection to the global London and New York offices which are doing quality work.

Cons

History of extremely high turnover (people come and ago in weeks and months) due to myopic decision making at the very top, at the local and global level. Duplicitous senior management with questionable ethics. Quite amazing and also an open industry secret, how a single leader managed to keep this facade up and simultaneously bring the place down over the course of 2010 - 2013. High burn-out rates due to the long hours and workload. No bonuses.

Pros

Without a reason of a doubt, some of the brightest, smartest and nicest people you will meet in the industry. Brimming with enthusiasm (at least when they come in) and adept at tackling a variety of client issues. Great collegial, teamwork-centric environment. But let down again and again and again my senior management at regional and global level.

Cons

No bonuses. Average at best salary rates. Lack of transparency. Lots of undelivered promises. Flailing business pipeline. Myopic visions. Extremely high turnover rate.
