      Pros

      Smart and nice colleagues. Quite lot of autonomy and ownership in your own work and ways of working, including opportunity for full remote work. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Usual growth pains with team structures, processes etc. Collaboration with Plarium not always smooth due to different culture and ways of working.

      - The CTO was an excellent leader, and all the team members were friendly and helpful. - The team meetings held every week were always inspiring and enjoyable. We always had a good laugh.

      Cons

      - The other c-level leadership was not functioning well. - They are not making any profit.
