Fun to work in design studio. There is a lot to learn for both industrial designers and engineers also. Broad mindset to complete project and space to show your skills.

Cons

This comany is good for industrial designers only. No career and salaries increment for other people. Work politics issue

Pros

Very intellectual management and hence a lot to learn from them about engineering and design aspects. Variety of projects go on. Casual work environment. In-house workshop adds to your knowledge.

Cons

Work load becomes too hectic often. You end up spending nights also at the office. Actual work hours exceed almost everyday than the standard.

No Bank benefits - Not a listed company - I have applied for the personal loan at very high rate of interest. No salary on time Saturday is working day No increment on time Very less pay
