Cons
Fonfix is a depressing place to work. The office is not fit for purpose. Working in a room with no windows all day, no communication with other staff. Management bullying staff for not hitting targets which are unachievable. Staff turnover is very high due to low job satisfaction which means that all other staff have to pick up the slack when someone leaves. Sometimes the role isn't even replaced. I took on a role which was advertised with a monthly bonus. This was never provided, every excuse under the sun not to pay it.

Poorly run throughout. Conflicts between departments leads to a blame culture. Below average salaries and no real incentive to stay so an extremely high turnover of staff.

I am a long term employee of Fonua and feel extremely valued and appreciated. The company has many initiatives whereby it attempts to listen to staff and management's suggestions and ideas. Many of these have been implemented. The company has been steered very successfully for many years by a dedicated team of Directors supported by a core of long term management. Continuous success in our marketplace has seen all employees benefit from working in a vibrant and successful business. One of the best and most appreciated initiatives from the company is the provision of free counselling services. I feel this is a huge benefit and a vital support in a modern workplace. There is strong communication structures in the company and one to one meetings are part of the culture.
Cons
There are three physical sites which the company has. The HQ is in Leopardstown, the repair company is in Sandyford with the warehouse facility in the Dublin Airport Logistics Park. Sometimes the physical separation can be challenging. The company continues to address this with cross function presence encouraged.

Senior management bullying ongoing, some of which observed by directors standing by /ongoing internal politics rather than supporting staff and stepping up as the leaders. HR do not support staff as should as in ceo back pocket for their own benefits and friends

Only pro is I have a great manager - who unfortunately is now moving on due to horrible treatment and bad decisions by the company - so no pro's left.
Cons
Low Pay, Treat Staff Poorly, low staff moral, the best people are leaving or have left due to poor decisions from the top.

Good benefits I.e cheap phones at lower prices and decent wage

No training, blame and shame culture, hr seem to be there to take a wage when i was attended induction I was told to keep quiet about my wages as they were clearly higher then what was offered to the other staff to say to me thay don't respect the staff from other parts of the business
