Pros

Strong collaboration between different departments. .Culture is supportive and managers are generally positive about prospects and staff development. Flexible and able to change direction.

Cons

Industry is becoming more competitive. The next chapter of the business, growing beyond current clients and accounts, hasn't yet been communicated

- Management seems to be inexperienced and hard to believe if they are bringing any benefits to the company. - Lots of good engineers left the company

Pros

G2 Web Services offers room for growth within and across departments, and promotes from within where possible. The company provides a flexible time off policy, so we can take as much time off as we need within reason. The benefits are great, with full medical, vision and dental paid, 401k match and transportation reimbursement. G2 is a technology and data company, with a fast-paced environment and interesting, unique products. Management has an open door policy, and while the company is mid-sized, it's easy to have your voice heard. Overall, I definitely recommend working at G2 Web Services.

Cons

I don't love commuting to Bellevue, although the partial transportation reimbursement is nice. And the building temperature is pretty chilly. Overall, no major complaints.
