Read the entire text. The first interview is very nice and welcoming. They talk about your fixed salary that you will receive that you will earn commissions for sales, which sounds attractive. The Space also looks attractive, has coffee, flags and music: which gives the air of a modern Startup.
But me when you enter is a nightmare.
- The CEO attitude looks like a factory boss from the 19th century, he talks to the employees without showing any respect.
- You can’t sell (to have a good salary) because the customer list is horrible and most of them (customers) haven't signed up for anything or clicked on any ads.
- When you speak, the CEO cuts you off in front of all his colleagues.
- The base salary is horrible.
- They apply visas for foreigners and do not pay us until the visa is ready (3 months). They say they will pay retroactively later, but in the meantime you are in financial trouble.
- They tell you it's a sales service. But it's a disguised call center, because you have to make 300 calls a day.
- They are comparing the performance of colleagues in an unethical way all the time. Which ends up humiliating people.
- Contract is full of hidden clauses and when you leave the company they stop paying you a lot of things they had promised.
