      Pros

      No target pressure. Perfect company If you are not looking to grow professionally. Safe and secured job. Best for those who are not made for handling job pressure

      Cons

      Full of politics. No HR. Work culture is very bad. Seniors always make you feel below their feet. Not ideal for people who have learning thinking

      The brand name is strong enough to sell itself

      Cons

      - no HR policy or nomenclature, just in books - mental torture even if you achieve 30% growth - Huges areas given to one TSI. Usually 6 districts, 30 distributors - You are given 11 tasks. You do 10 very well, miss 1. You will see yelling, shouting and curses all around for that - salary hike is once in 3 years, and lowest in industry. Still you get taunts for your salary - no claim settlement of distributors after commitment, which ultimately falls back to you from all sides - NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Even personal space, Sundays are not spared - give your heart out, soul for the company, personal growth or development is ZERO
