Some talented people work here (until they get fired)

Cons

The company exists to put money in the pockets of the 4 or 5 men at the top - everyone else is disposable. The HR department is one person (who spends most of their time processing P45s). Employees are stressed and fearful of losing their jobs without reason or notice. Business decisions are made on a whim, with no long term strategy. Overall, GDS is a poorly-run company, and an awful place to work.
