      Company that only knows how to leech on employees and clients

      Pros

      There is no pros. They basically eat up your pay while do nothing

      Cons

      Bad training, they hired some inexperience Indian tech lecturers that cover the bare minimum. They promised that we can be converted with our client but failed to mention that the client has to pay a hefty amount for this. They lied to us about receiving our bonus. Sometimes they will secretly take the money that the client gave to us etc. transport allowance that was meant for us. They took almost half of the money the client paid to them monthly while they just do nothing

      Employee friendly and Supportive Company

      Pros

      I have been working with Geco Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore for more than a year now. I would definitely recommend them . One of very few good consultancy in the singapore. Below are the few of the good points of the company that I noticed during my tenure. 1) Very clear and straight forward contract for employees hired on contract roles. 2) Supportive staff and quick response time and they try their best to help the employee. 3) Good medical and leave benefits and always open for the discussion. 4) Easy to go people.

      Cons

      My experience with company is very good so I did not find any cons but I would see the companylike this to grow and expand more in Singapore by increasing their client base.
