      There are a lot of learning opportunities. The CEO tries to actually teach you the business.

      Pros

      It's a small company. Everyone gets treated like family and appreciation is always shown. Good reviews are passed on.

      Cons

      Things sometimes gets really busy (though if that bothers you, I don't think a corporate position of any capacity would be right for you.
