      Leadership lacks vision and a plan. There really is no HR department. There is no clear mapping out of how you receive an annual bonus. They are 100% "discretionary," and small to non-existent.

      They have busy seasons back-to-back, so there's plenty to do for most of the year.

      Cons

      Very clicky and unprofessional leaders. Some really good workers were fired for reasons unrelated to their employment. You never know if you're next no matter how hard you work for them. Very hot headed and Jeckle and Hyde sort of atmosphere.
