      -Great Work Life balance: Emphasis on employee development and inclusion of the employee's family into corporate events -Competitive Salary -Challenging work -Opportunities for advancement -Great exit opportunities for mid and front office job roles

      -Pace of work may stagnate from time to time -Red Tapism is present at all levels -Political friction between departments may also detriment the work environmnent
