Cons

Whole company knows the sticky situation it's in but leadership spins a different tale. However, lay-offs and declining packages tell the truth. Fragmented teams both within SG and regionally. Hard to collaborate effectively to produce results.

Flat hierarchy, makes reporting and communications easier. Do not have to wait till someone leaves before you get a chance to get promoted. Friendly working environment. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Little annual leave. No back up so you will have to work even if you are on leave.
