The phrase ‘toxic workplace’ is overused, yet GMS is just that. If you are looking for a workplace where you are constantly berated, ignored and talked down to, look no further. It’s a complete omnishambles with people in charge who neither have the experience nor skill set to lead teams. The result: micro management, teams being played against each other, zero boundaries. Unsurprisingly, staff turn over is ridiculously high. Add to this the complete lack of any benefits (not a single one), plus GMS is a company that’s never heard of D&I,
