The company claims to be Goal Focused People Oriented and Service Obsessed (GPS acronym.) In being ‘goal focused,’ Directors and VPs walk all over and mistreat people. Good people succumb to bullying by grown men. They paint a beautiful picture about working for them that seems to good to be true. It is. You work about 70-80 hours a week and are constantly mistreated and belittled. Vacation days and sick days are not acknowledged. They are manipulative people that all come from Arby’s. It’s a boys club in upper management. If you are a woman with a family, you won’t last long. A V.P. snooped and found out a DL has young children and found a way to get rid of her. Her family “pulled her away from her job.” They become very short handed because the good people leave. Cheating is encouraged and they turn a blind eye to, so long as it looks good on paper.

Work hours, understaffed, cut corners on quality , poor cleanliness due to no time or staff for needed daily duties, great if you worship money or enjoy knocking the next person out of the life boat
