Pros

Vacation and sick days. Steady job. Always work.

Cons

Management. Horrible. Pico rivera location. Management downstairs is rude, has their favorites known and talks down to everyone. Money. 2-3%. Joke. Gossip between management and employees. No ethics.

Top-Heavy upper Management. Lacking cutting edge corporate technology Salesforce unable to sync with MS Office due to licensing issues. Inconsiderate to family medical needs (I was denied FMLA for my newborn) Commissions were severely delayed and some not paid at all in anticipation of my firing

vacation and sick time dress code room for growth, if you work extra hard

Cons

most of the time management does not see working efforts unprofessional management styles favorites are known unrealistic expectations of employees with no reward for extra efforts
