Salaries are high sales advisors getting paid £42,000

Cons

Pay structure is horrenoud some sales advisor on £30,000 whilst others on £42,000 Some lazy managers getting paid £57,000 whilst other hard working managers only getting paid £42,000 same as some sales advisors. Toxic work environment. Do not care about people at all all staff are just numbers. Constantly email bullying from regional managers. Long hours. Expected to work more hours than you get paid for and no overtime pay. Lunch breaks are frowned upon. Saturdays and Bank holidays. No work life balance.

English is a 2nd language here, and more than half of the staff can hardly speak it. Communication is a major issue. They are often unsure what they actually want staff to do micromanagers unpaid breaks
