Pros

Great creative environment with supportive colleagues, exciting projects, and opportunities to improve my design, video, and multimedia skills. I enjoy being able to contribute ideas and work on different types of creative content.

Cons

No major cons from my experience so far.

Pros

Not any, the salary was extremely low, I was at a struggling phase that's the only reason I joined.

Cons

The work culture here is honestly very toxic and mentally draining. There’s constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of proper support from management, which makes it stressful to even get through the day. The environment doesn’t feel healthy or motivating at all—it feels like you’re always being watched and judged rather than supported. On top of that, the expectations don’t match the pay whatsoever. You’re expected to deliver high-level results while being compensated far below what’s fair for the workload. The HR function doesn’t help either—it feels more like an extension of management rather than a team that advocates for employees. There’s little to no real support when issues come up. Since the HR team is outsourced and appears to be paid similarly low rates, they don’t seem empowered or motivated to prioritize employee wellbeing. What made my experience worse was that my payment for the month of April was withheld on baseless claims, which felt completely unfair and unprofessional. That situation alone made it hard to trust the company or feel secure working there.
