Pros
Big Real Estate player. Offers a good environment for work. The executive team was compose by great experts. A placê with meritrocacy and chalanges that allows you to develop your work.
Cons
The salary is noto competitive for analists. I lost great talents becouse of that. Long hours of work, so personal life it is put in second.

One of the largest developers in the country, good to stamp on your resume. Nothing else.
Cons
Terrible management, bad training, high turn over, HR does nothing for the staff. Moral harassment, high pressure, low salary, long hours of working without paying overtime.
