Gagemaker is a truly wonderful company to work for, with a great sales manager who is flexible & understanding and a sales team that is an absolute pleasure to work alongside.

Cons

You may be expected to take on multiple roles and responsibilities, which can be challenging for some but also offers great opportunities to learn and grow.

Too many to list, but here are a few: Nepotism, sexism, racism, self-created drama, untrained and uneducated managers, favoritism, no succession planning, outdated policies, neglect from ownership

None unless you like working for owners that careless about their employees and stuck in the 1970’s

Cons

Owners are never around but micro manage everything. Benefits are terrible No growth plan Owners only care about their company in San Antonio Promises made but never kept Some managers in positions that have no clue what they are doing. Policies are out of date
