      Pros

      Gaina has a really inclusive and welcoming culture with friendly and knowledgeable people. The development opportunities both locally and globally as part of the Volaris Group are unique in Northern Ireland. There is also an excellent range of benefits on offer and the office is 5* quality! The social events are also guaranteed to be a great night out and the hybrid working model ensures a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's a fairly small business where people wear multiple hats, this is both a pro and a con for different reasons.
