Pros
I LEARNED! I learned so much at my time at Gainor, a time I will always be grateful for in terms of the people, work and dedication I saw in this role! I was inspired, motivated and appreciated the conversations and days that kept me going. We were innovators, brainstormers, always coming up with the new, the exciting, the fresh(in the best ways we could!) i liked that when we needed to pull through together, there were tons of great days like that. I could even have a bad day knowing someone was around to share a smile, a word and a good laugh! Gainor welcomed my authentic self too, I never felt like I had to be anybody other than who I was, and in this ever-changing professional world, we know how hard that is. I appreciated it then and I appreciate it now.
Cons
i think that it was hard to find the balance of work and work relationships without it becoming stressful or difficult to manage certain days. things that shouldn’t have felt personal did and that’s the only part i disliked the most; there started to be a lack of empathy and a lack of listening… especially among the stresses of the year and the economy(which is totally understandable)
