Extremely Disappointing Experience - Worst Place to Start Your Career
I joined Gajshield as a Junior Software Engineer, and I have to say, it was a terrible decision. If you're considering starting your career here, I strongly advise against it.
No Work-Life Balance: The work culture is toxic. You're expected to work long hours, with no regard for personal time or life outside of the office. Forget about taking any time off; the company demands your attention at all hours. Work-life balance? Non-existent.Unprofessional Environment: One of the most frustrating things was the lack of communication. The team constantly spoke in their local language, making it impossible for anyone who wasn't fluent to understand or contribute. This created an extremely exclusionary environment.Inadequate Facilities: The worst part? The company provides in-house washroom facilities, but they are only available for the CEO. The rest of us had to make do with whatever we could find. Talk about inequality.Lack of Guidance: As a junior engineer, I expected mentorship and proper guidance, but there was none. You're left to figure things out on your own, and good luck if you need help. The senior developers have no interest in helping you grow.In conclusion, Gajshield is a terrible place to start your career. It’s unprofessional, toxic, and lacks basic amenities and support for employees. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values its staff and offers opportunities for growth.
