      Pros

      They actually care about you, they are understanding, patient and will allow you to work within your abilities and you feel safe to go to management with issues or your ideas and they will happily accommodate or listen. Very kind management from my experience. A lot of events and socials organized for staff, culture here is just really good and sociable.

      Cons

      The push to go back to the office when majority of the roles could be remote or at least partly remote was unnecessary. It effected the work life balance that people had all created and enjoyed during covid times. The expectations for us all to come into office 5 days a week was unfair since we were remote for 2 years. And there was no adjustment period. Was rather daunting and overwhelming at times.

      The people in the branches. Lots of notable awards, although they may not be deserved.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of nepotism. Promotions of people too big to fail that have actually failed at their jobs. Lack of recognition for the hard working. Poor practices, riddled with favoritism. Very little leadership. In many people's experience, women and people of color have the worst employee experience, so buyer be aware.
