Pros

The people: Colleagues and project team members are incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. There is a strong sense of peer support. Positive collaboration: I received consistent, positive feedback and enjoyed great collaboration. HR and organization: The human resources department is highly professional, and high-level company organization and communication are solid.

Cons

Chaotic onboarding: The onboarding process is practically non-existent. New hires are not always given clear team assignments, and tenured staff are often too busy with other projects to assist in getting people up to speed. Severe micromanagement: The direct supervision style is heavily critical rather than supportive. Workload is constantly added without the necessary resources or guidance provided. Lack of support in leadership roles: Taking on expanded or leadership responsibilities here often results in a sharp decline in the work experience due to a lack of trust and support from upper management. This draining environment can easily lead to burnout and short tenures at the company.

Cons

Lack of motivation to really support employees, when comes to real world. certain VPs take it personally if you might know more than them. Senior VPs not qualified for the roles they are doing and creates bad feelings for employees. Protectioniam occurs by some VPs rather than what'd best for the company it's whats best for them
