Pros
Competitive salary, lots of benefits including lots of great social events (including a company holiday!) Relaxed with deadlines. Lots of bold characters working at the company. Definitely not a boring place to work!
Cons
Team-specific issues won't apply to everyone- but there are some things that need smoothing out. There are some general inter-team-communication and infrastructure problems that cause pain in day-to-day working.
