Gammastack is one of the worst companies to work for. The company policies are terrible and completely against employee welfare. Internal politics is everywhere, and management has no proper vision or professionalism. The HR team is useless when it comes to supporting employees and only works for management decisions. The work environment is extremely toxic, with constant pressure, poor communication, and zero job security. They even terminate employees who joined just 15 days back without giving proper reasons or support. Employees are treated unfairly, and hard work is never valued. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful place to work.
