It’s a place where mediocrity thrives — a “push-the-blame” culture perfect for those coasting to retirement. Project management is chaotic, with zero ownership in planning, coordination, and quality control. This stems from weak departmental structures, bad hiring, and leaders who avoid accountability. Clients beware — Gammon’s execution record is poor, and those at the top remain untouched while the ground staff take the fall. The company is a hotspot for foreign enclaves — hiring bias is common, and advancement depends more on nationality than merit. Local graduates, stay away. The so-called Graduate Engineer Programme is a trap — low pay, poor increments, and minimal learning. You’ll end up a glorified clerk doing everything but real engineering. There are better companies out there.
