- Flexible working, so we can work from anywhere - Free lunch when working from the office - Free drinks in the office like coffee, tea, and other beverages

Had to be big company that start to fill the positions that needed as company in tech or nontech position.
Cons
To long to raise the salary, and bonuses is equal, not based on KPI or many projects that takes in a year
