Helps charities such as Humane Society, ect.

Cons

Low pay. Starts at $13 an hour and they expect a lot from you. The Call Center looks like a flea bag...It is a very old building located away from anything remote! They have all the CC reps crammed into a tiny space that only faces a wall, no windows anywhere in that room! You are only sitting 12 inches from each other and to make matters worse, management is in the center of you watching all the reps like a Hawk! Currently, with all the Corona concerns going around, they have done NOTHING to improve the atmosphere for their employees. That shows to prove that this company has no well-being for their employees. Also, they expect you to make up time, if you miss a day and come in one of your days off! Unless you want to get sick from sitting to close to your neighbor - Stay clear from this job!
