Very difficult environment for non Asians(maybe just cultural differences?), zero managerial structure (who is your boss? Nobody knows). Very close minded design(they have their own standard that I have never seen anywhere else)

-Salaries are very strange. snooping around found some engineers make way less than average with promises of better things if they work hard. (no one knows when this could happen) - They will Micro manage all your activities, chatting, computer monitors, cellphone use is always being monitored. -There is not a clear supervisor or manager. All PM's can give you different tasks and they don't communicate with each other which makes expectations of your role confusing. This also affects if you need to raise any concerns or even ask for vacation time since it's not very structured abd you might find yourself having to ask everyone if they're ok with you leaving. -Drawings in my experience were a mess, everything is exploded and not in blocks(which makes drawings slow). A huge amount of layers in same colors which makes drawings hard to see. (this might be just a personal preference)
