Let me start by saying that they are a gang of Mafia not and not a healthy work place that anyone can work for. The amount of threats , disrespect and bad treatment in this company left me out with a very traumatic experience. They hire people with very bad manners and bad history , They hired a lady who is responsible for the Talent Acquisition Team who is mentally ill and not stable in addition not getting her work done. She also treats people in a very bad manner and always gets into troubles for minor stuff. I can see that the CHRO is very caring and responding to people on Glassdoor what can we do to improve or please we are trying to ensure your participant in our place , non of that is TRUE . All what they care about is their image tricking people to get into this unhealthy and very TOXIC environment . I hope nobody gets into this trap of getting into the 1 of the biggest companies . It is big from the outside , but from the inside if you are not one of their toxic gang if you will be out in no time . PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TRAP

Lots of Cons. Poor communication of employee, no technical improvement , no re-allocation, managment doesn't bother about employee's presonal as well as professional growth, old working culture and narrow minded managment, no training no documentation of any development, raising any issue to managment may lead to lose job without giving prior notice,
